Building a Competitive Business Climate

The heart of PBC's mission is identifying the issues that will improve Pennsylvania's business climate and participating in the development of solutions.  PBC believes that it is important to provide objective metrics of Pennsylvania's business climate in order to chart our progress and benchmark the Commonwealth against competitor states and nations.  In the global economy, it's critical that all policymakers and all interest groups put aside partisan differences and stay focused on constant improvement of the business climate.  Business climate studies, comparisons, and rankings constitute the Scorecard for Pennsylvania.
