The Pennsylvanian Business Council assembles an maintains these InfoPacks as an onlinecollection of white papers, journal articles, research findings, studies, news clippings, audio/video clips, notes from other states (via NCSL, CSG, ALEC, NGA), draft legislation and other content on a particular area of public policy.
