| PEG PAC Endorsements |
 |
PBC's political endorsements, political contributions and political action are made by PEG PAC.
PEG PAC concentrates on Pennsylvania legislative races. However, PEG PAC will also engage in political campaigns on behalf of pro-business candidates seeking statewide political office including the state row offices, state appellate-level judicial offices, and the office of Governor.
PEG PAC leads the business community efforts in “open seat” races wherein no incumbent is seeking re-election to the post.
PEG PAC often "defends" incumbents who are ending their first term in office or who were elected in a special election. This is often the time when an incumbent is most vulnerable. PEG PAC will work with other business associations to help in the political defense of a strong pro-business incumbent who faces serious and significant opposition.
PEG PAC will lead the business community and others in an effort to defeat an incumbent who is judged to pose a significant threat to the business climate of Pennsylvania.
To be endorsed, candidates must share PBC’s Guiding Principles and be committed to PBC’s vision of government.
