    I really enjoyed this book and I’m glad I read it. But it definitely got repetitive, quick & often. What was said in 16-17 Chapters really could have been said in half of that without all the fillers and excessive testimonials. While I would definitely recommend it to a friend because it contains gems, I wish it came in a “meat and potatoes” version. And this is from an avid reader.

    Mel Robbins never really got around to explaining exactly how to use the five second rule. She basically just reiterated what was sent to her by people who used the rule that they probably got from her Ted Talk or from listening to an interview she gave. I regret spending the money on the book and the time I took to read it. Pretty frustrating experience.

    This book is a self inflating book, kinda like this whole poor me thing, then, BAM, look at me. I swear the whole book talks about what social media readers have sent in. Nothing profound. HERE IS THE SUMMARY: Before you do anything, count backward from 5-1 and re-think your decision again. You welcome, I just saved you $19.
